We have Sunday School classes for all ages – from the nursery to adults. It is a wonderful
opportunity to study
God’s Word together during this time!
This is a great outreach ministry to be a blessing to those in nursing homes and retirement
centers. Not only is this an encouragement to those folks, but several people have come to
know Christ as their personal Savior throughout the years.
Sending and supporting missionaries is part of the Great Commission “Command.” We have one
missionary couple that is sent out of our church, and we support financially and prayerfully
24 other missionaries, both at home and abroad.
This ministry under our pastor helps fulfill the command in 2 Timothy 2:2 to commit “to
faithful men, who shall be able to teach others also,” by
teaching our men Biblical doctrine
and principles and helping them in the work of the ministry.
This is an opportunity for our ladies to join together in fellowship around prayer and
Bible
study. It is a great time of encouragement for them as well.
The Great Commission “Command” that Christ gave is the heartbeat of God. We have two times
of organized soulwinning to help fulfill our part of this command.
Music is one of the greatest tools God has given to us. We sing the old hymns of the faith
and
Scripture songs in our services, as well as some godly instrumental music.
We have a cooperative ministry for our families that home school their children. This
ministry is a compliment to the home and its responsibility to train up its children in
the way they should go.
This program for children on Wednesday nights is an enjoyable time for them to learn Scripture
through lessons, workbooks, and memorization.
